- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support housekeeping associates
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees
- Train staff or partner with vendors for proper room cleaning training
- Communicate guest service scores to improve satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment
- Clean rooms or assist staff as needed
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules based on occupancy levels
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
