  • Inspecting guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality
  • counseling and interviewing housekeeping staff
  • resolving guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • managing general office duties related to housekeeping
  • supervising daily housekeeping operations
  • maintaining high standards of service and hygiene
  • coordinating with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
