Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Must effectively communicate verbally and written with employees and guests
- Friendly, courteous, and service oriented attitude

Job Duties
- Inspect Room Attendants work performance daily to ensure standards and productivity
- Inspect VIP rooms and report availability to Front Office in absence of management
- Oversee closing of floors ensuring carts are clean and restocked
- Ensure daily assignment records are completed and submitted on time
- Maintain key control and handle Lost and Found items according to standards
- Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of carts, linen closets, control closets, stairways, and landings
- Assign duties daily ensuring Room Attendants and House Attendants have work assignments
- Maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering via pager or radio
- Report progress of out-of-order rooms to Guest Services Manager
- Initiate and follow up on work orders for repairs and maintenance
- Assist with training of housekeeping staff
- Perform room cleaning duties when needed
- Complete biannual cleaning projects
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
