With a culture that embodies values such as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It, the company fosters an environment where employees are empowered to deliver unparalleled service and grow professionally within the organization.

The position of Housekeeping Supervisor at HHM Hotels is a pivotal role designed for individuals who are passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is a supervisory role involving the management and mentorship of housekeeping staff to ensure that all brand and hotel guest service standards, as well as sustainability protocols, are met consistently. The employment type includes opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagements, offering competitive wages that reflect the level of responsibility and skill required.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role not only in overseeing daily housekeeping operations but also in supporting the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting housekeeping associates to perform their duties efficiently, aligned with HHM Hotels' core values and sustainability initiatives, including the EarthView program. You will be involved in hiring processes, performance management, and quality inspection to uphold cleanliness and service standards.

In addition to supervising housekeeping staff, the role requires occasional hands-on cleaning assistance to maintain room quality during peak periods or staff shortages. You will also manage supply inventory, ensure safe work habits and compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards, and may participate in supervising laundry employees. This role has a clear career progression path, leading to positions such as Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately General Manager, providing significant growth opportunities within HHM Hotels.

The Housekeeping Supervisor position is ideal for individuals with previous housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory background, who are motivated to lead teams in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. A high school diploma is preferred, reflecting the company’s emphasis on foundational educational qualifications. The position demands physical capabilities such as standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, kneeling, and bending, emphasizing the active nature of the work.

HHM Hotels offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees’ health, wellness, and financial security. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, free basic life insurance, travel discounts, commuter transit and parking benefits, employee assistance and wellness programs, educational and professional development opportunities, and a referral bonus program.
