- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support housekeeping associates
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently and according to standards
- Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist staff by occasionally cleaning rooms
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules and manage staffing levels
- Follow sustainability guidelines in line with EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits complying with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
