The supervisor must also possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both internal staff and visitors.

The Colorado Convention Center supports its employees with substantial benefits, including a $500 signing bonus after 30 days of service and an additional $500 after 90 days, generous paid time off and holiday pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance available upon hire, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching up to 4%. Additional benefits include healthcare reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, employer-paid and supplemental life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, an RTD Eco Pass for full-time employees, tuition reimbursement for salaried employees after one year of full-time work, and an employee assistance program.
