We are currently seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor, a vital role tasked with maintaining the rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety that our brand promises. This position is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s brand, safety, and cleanliness standards before allowing guest occupancy. The role goes beyond routine inspections, involving active support and guidance for the housekeeping staff through coaching, feedback, and helping resolve any issues that arise during shifts. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our hotel’s reputation by ensuring that every cleaned space meets or exceeds guest expectations.
In this role, you will play a key leadership part in the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will collaborate closely with room attendants, assisting in their training and development, and offering constructive feedback aimed at improving individual and team performance. An essential aspect of the role is communication; you will coordinate room status updates with the front desk and management to ensure smooth hotel operations and prompt guest service.
Additional responsibilities include managing linen requirements and housekeeping supply levels, as well as organizing housekeeping carts to optimize efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline daily housekeeping tasks, contribute to maintaining a safe environment by reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly, and step in to assist with cleaning tasks when necessary.
