The inclusive environment of HHM ensures equal opportunity employment and a dedication to maintaining a respectful workplace free from discrimination. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities make HHM Hotels a premium place to build a rewarding career.

The Housekeeping Supervisor role at HHM Hotels is a pivotal position critical for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. This supervisory role involves overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet brand standards and contribute to an overall positive guest experience. The Housekeeping Supervisor interacts directly with associates, providing coaching, training, and support to foster a motivated and proficient team. The supervisor also tracks and communicates guest service scores to housekeeping teams to promote continuous service enhancements. For hotels with laundry services, supervision of these employees also falls under this role.

This position offers a dynamic work environment where days are varied and involve both administrative oversight and active guest service participation. Candidates should be prepared for a schedule that may include weekends and holidays, and physical requirements such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
