Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- experience in housekeeping required
- supervisory experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to safety and quality standards
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to train and motivate staff
- familiarity with sustainability practices

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support housekeeping associates ensuring compliance with brand standards and HHM core values
- screen job applicants and assist in hiring new housekeeping employees
- train staff or coordinate with vendors to ensure proper cleaning according to established standards
- monitor and communicate guest service scores to improve guest satisfaction
- issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates
- perform occasional housekeeping duties to support staff
- address associate performance and behavior concerns
- supervise laundry employees if applicable
- prepare work schedules or provide occupancy data to vendors for proper staffing
- follow sustainability practices under the EarthView program
- adhere to safety protocols including MSDS and OSHA standards
- assist in breakfast area as needed
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned by management
