The opportunity available is for a Laundry and Janitorial Supervisor who will oversee all functions related to the laundry and janitorial services within the nursing home. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing housekeeping operations, including supervising a team of approximately seven staff members. The supervisor will be responsible for directing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established procedures and regulations. In addition to operational oversight, the Laundry and Janitorial Supervisor acts as a vital liaison between the housekeeping department and senior management, including the facility administrator.
