Job Description

HHM Hotels is a respected hospitality company known for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and setting high standards in the hotel industry. As a dynamic and growing hotel group, HHM Hotels emphasizes guest satisfaction, employee well-being, and sustainable practices. The company prides itself on fostering a positive work culture grounded in core values such as 'People Are Our Capability,' 'Hearts That Serve,' 'Only Excellence,' 'Stay Nimble,' and 'Own It.' These values guide employees at every level to deliver quality and remain adaptive in a competitive marketplace.

The Housekeeping Supervisor role at HHM Hotels is an essential leadership position responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff and ensuring that the brand and hotel guest service standards are consistently met. This role involves a range of supervisory duties including training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates in the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and supporting sustainability efforts through adherence to the HHM EarthView program. This position offers a clear career growth path, potentially advancing to Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, and eventually General Manager. The role is both hands-on and supervisory, occasionally requiring the supervisor to assist with cleaning tasks and work alongside their team.

HHM Hotels offers competitive wages for both full-time and part-time employees, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k company match. Additional benefits such as free basic life insurance, travel discounts, commuter benefits, wellness programs, and educational and professional development opportunities further enhance the employee experience. The company encourages work-life balance and provides a referral bonus program to reward employees for recommending talented candidates.

The work environment for this role is physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, kneeling, bending, and occasionally working on holidays and weekends. The Housekeeping Supervisor must be safety-conscious, practicing safe work habits and adhering to OSHA standards and MSDS guidelines.

This position is ideal for individuals with previous housekeeping experience and supervisory skills who are passionate about guest service excellence and sustainable hospitality. HHM Hotels seeks individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team effectively while fostering a positive and efficient workplace. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and operational excellence within the hotel, directly impacting the hotel’s reputation and success.
