Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols
- Trustworthiness in handling sensitive areas and information

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Provide training and support to staff
- Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
- Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
- Access and control sensitive hotel areas including master keys, guestrooms, storage, liquor room, and secured filing cabinets
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
