Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols
  • Trustworthiness in handling sensitive areas and information

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework in related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain safety and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
  • Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
  • Provide training and support to staff
  • Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
  • Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
  • Access and control sensitive hotel areas including master keys, guestrooms, storage, liquor room, and secured filing cabinets
  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
