Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience preferred in hospitality or related fields
- Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Capability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must arrive and clock in/out on time
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Adhere to scheduled breaks and timekeeping protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Manage guest request log daily to ensure all requests are met and proactively address issues
- Monitor VIP guests and special requests
- Oversee housekeeping team and conduct daily stand-ups in absence of Executive Housekeeper
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage, mechanical rooms, and laundry areas
- Stock guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for housekeeping carts
- Remove trash and dirty linens, replace bed linens, and replenish guest room supplies
- Conduct deep cleaning in guest rooms as needed with maintenance team
- Lead daily department meetings with housekeeping staff in absence of Executive Housekeeper
- Order and maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies
- Conduct monthly and quarterly housekeeping inventories
- Monitor and submit maintenance requests and follow up in absence of Executive Housekeeper
- Reconcile room status reports and resolve discrepancies nightly
- Maintain lost and found procedures and policies
- Monitor chemical safety and compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain departmental key control system
