Job Duties
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
- Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed
- Resolve guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
