Job Duties

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations
Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed
Resolve guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
