Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the USA
- relevant housekeeping experience
- ability to lift, carry, and climb
- manual dexterity to use cleaning tools

- willingness to follow hotel procedures
Job Qualifications
- Relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning service work
- great communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to train and supervise staff
- experience with Hyatt Systems (BOB and Opera) preferred
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Training and evaluating the efficiency of housekeeping staff
- conducting inspections of rooms to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- overseeing housekeeping staff and assessing workloads
- cleaning guestrooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and mirrors
- emptying trash and recycling bins, replacing towels and restocking guest room amenities
- inspecting guestrooms after cleaning to ensure brand standards
- checking common areas for cleanliness and order
- reporting maintenance deficiencies
- greeting guests with friendly acknowledgement
- responding to guest inquiries and requests
- providing information about hotel services and amenities
- maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- assisting room attendants with cleaning and stripping guestrooms
- responding quickly to special guest requests
- ensuring safety and security of guest rooms
- communicating with the front desk staff about room status
- assisting Housekeeping Manager with monthly inventories
- managing room assignments fairly using property management systems
- following hotel procedures and guidelines
- maintaining clean and organized work area
- securing keys, equipment, and supplies
- communicating shift information to incoming staff
- performing other assigned duties
