Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of leadership experience in hospitality industry or similar organization
- At least two years of housekeeping experience in a full service hotel
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work any five days a week including AM and PM shifts
- Ability to use various housekeeping equipment and office software
- Ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions both indoors and outdoors
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, stoop or reach repeatedly without difficulty
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle workplace problems proactively
- Must be able to assimilate complex information from multiple sources
- Ability to listen to and understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests
- Mathematical reasoning skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of leadership experience in hospitality industry or similar organization
- Two years of housekeeping experience in a full service hotel
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance, as required by the needs of the hotel operation
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, as defined in the hotel handbook, when working
- Comply at all times with hotel's policies and procedures to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including training, developing, empowering, coaching, and resolving problems
- Inspect all rooms assigned to housekeepers daily to ensure quality and cleanliness
- Communicate with front desk and office team regarding discrepant rooms and housekeeping-related information
