Job Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate team

Job Qualifications

- College coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field

Job Duties
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
- Provide training and support to housekeeping staff fostering a positive work environment
- Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
- Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met including access control to sensitive areas such as guestrooms, storage, liquor rooms, and secured filing cabinets
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all hotel facilities and equipment
- Step into the Housekeeping Manager role as needed to maintain seamless operations
