Job Requirements

2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Ability to lead and motivate team
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
College coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Capability to handle sensitive areas and information with discretion

Job Duties

Manage daily housekeeping operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
Provide training and support to housekeeping staff fostering a positive work environment
Handle Lost and Found items with care and integrity
Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met including access control to sensitive areas such as guestrooms, storage, liquor rooms, and secured filing cabinets
Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all hotel facilities and equipment
Step into the Housekeeping Manager role as needed to maintain seamless operations
