Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
minimum one-year previous experience required
supervisory experience and/or training required
ability to maintain confidentiality
good interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of hotel operations or ability to learn quickly
good supervisory and time management skills
basic computer knowledge
knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
perform quality assurance for housekeeping and laundry departments
schedule and maintain proper workforce staffing levels
inspect cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
assign and supervise housekeeping and laundry duties
train new housekeeping and laundry associates
manage inventory and requisition supplies
