Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of hotel operations or ability to learn quickly
  • good supervisory and time management skills
  • basic computer knowledge
  • knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
  • perform quality assurance for housekeeping and laundry departments
  • schedule and maintain proper workforce staffing levels
  • inspect cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • assign and supervise housekeeping and laundry duties
  • train new housekeeping and laundry associates
  • manage inventory and requisition supplies
