Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- One or more years of experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be service oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Energetic and outgoing disposition
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Availability to work evenings and flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in hospitality or equivalent establishment
- Advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools preferred
- Demonstrate working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Work well under time constraints and remain calm
- Attention to detail, speed, and efficiency in job duties
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information

Job Duties
- Walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Strip beds, remove soiled linen, terry, and trash from guestrooms and take to appropriate locations
- Check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom and closet areas, and make beds
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors ensuring guest room areas, balconies, and hallways are debris-free
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, and clean kitchen counters and cabinets
- Clean bathroom counters, floors, showers, and tubs as prescribed
- Report any missing or found articles, damage, or maintenance problems to Housekeeping Supervisor
- Receive assigned section, keys, supplies, and priority requests from Housekeeping Supervisor
- Respond in a friendly and courteous manner to guests, managers, and fellow associates
- Report all guest issues and complaints to management
