Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for entire shift
- Availability to work evening shift or open availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for hotel familiarization and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in hospitality or equivalent establishment preferred
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under time constraints and remain calm
- Ability to work independently and minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Opera software preferred
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Energetic and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and assigned areas
- Deliver guest requested items such as irons, towels, and extra pillows
- Clean and maintain public areas including pool and health club
- Strip beds, remove soiled linens and trash, and replace with fresh linens
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, and other designated fixtures
- Report missing items, damage, or maintenance issues to supervisors
