Willamette Family is a well-established and respected behavioral healthcare provider specializing in substance use treatment and related services. With a strong commitment to supporting the community, Willamette Family has earned accreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA), which highlights the agency's dedication to maintaining and exceeding national standards of excellence in behavioral healthcare. The organization’s mission focuses on delivering compassionate and effective treatment, fostering a clean and supportive environment to aid recovery, and ensuring the wellbeing of clients and the wider community. This accreditation reflects the high-quality care and professionalism that Willamette Family brings to its services.

The housekeeping position at Willamette Family is a vital role within the facilities team, ensuring that all programs remain clean, safe, and healthy. Housekeepers directly contribute to creating an environment that supports the recovery process by maintaining hygienic and orderly spaces. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and a competitive wage starting at $17.85 per hour. This position is well-suited to individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting. As part of the team, the housekeeper will help uphold the integrity of the agency’s programs by managing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring spaces are ready for clients, and supporting infection control practices.

Working at Willamette Family means being part of a compassionate community focused on recovery and wellness. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options, healthcare flexible spending accounts, 403b retirement savings with company match, and a robust paid time off policy covering sick leave, vacation, and holidays. Additionally, Willamette Family invests in the ongoing education and training of its staff, offering support for professional development to those employed for 24 months or more.

Joining the housekeeping staff places you in a foundational role where your efforts directly impact the daily experience and health outcomes of clients. You’ll be trusted to uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries, with clear policies in place to avoid conflicts of interest, including a six-month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This ensures the highest ethical standards are maintained at all times. Willamette Family is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics. This inclusive workplace culture supports personal growth and professional success.

Overall, this position offers an opportunity to be part of a meaningful mission while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare environment. If you are diligent, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a healthier community, this housekeeping role at Willamette Family offers a supportive and rewarding work setting with a competitive pay structure and comprehensive benefits.
