Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- good physical stamina and attention to detail
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises including offices, banquet rooms, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, and wash windows
- clean and wax floors and dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards immediately
- ensure stockroom items are accurately labeled with identification tags
- perform comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle distinct assignments
- attend to guest demands and contribute to guest room hygiene when required
