Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- basic understanding of safety and hygiene regulations
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet guests and respond to their concerns
- identify and address safety hazards promptly
- label items in stockrooms with designated identification tags
- complete comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle special assignments
- assist with guest room hygiene when necessary
