Attention to detail is essential to meet the Hilton standards and ensure each area is spotless and inviting.

Safety is critical in this role, with the staff responsible for identifying and eliminating hazards to prevent accidents. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an advantage

  • basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas such as offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public spaces, and restrooms
  • dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
  • wash windows and wax floors
  • dispose of garbage and ashtrays
  • greet guests warmly and professionally
  • identify and address safety hazards promptly
  • label and organize stockroom items accurately
  • undertake comprehensive cleaning tasks and special assignments
  • respond attentively to guest requests and assist with guest room hygiene when needed
