Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an advantage
- strong attention to detail

- basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas such as offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public spaces, and restrooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- greet guests warmly and professionally
- identify and address safety hazards promptly
- label and organize stockroom items accurately
- undertake comprehensive cleaning tasks and special assignments
- respond attentively to guest requests and assist with guest room hygiene when needed
