Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned hotel sections
- promptly address guests' concerns
- ensure offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas and restrooms are clean
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean/wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers
- identify and address safety hazards
- label stockroom items with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and distinct assignments
- respond to guest demands and assist in guest room hygiene when required
