Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests' concerns
- thoroughly clean offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers
- identify and address safety hazards immediately
- label all items in stockrooms with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks
- contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when called upon
