The Four Seasons team is currently hiring for the position of Turndown/Guestroom Attendant within the Housekeeping department. This role is crucial in maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of guests through meticulous room care and attentive service. The Turndown/Guestroom Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for restful evenings by cleaning, refreshing, and setting the ambiance according to Four Seasons' exacting standards. Duties include turndown service that involves closing drapes, adjusting lighting, playing music, and readying the bed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.

Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in housekeeping preferably in luxury hotel
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Perform turndown service and clean guest rooms to exact standards
  • Clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas
