Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and assigned facility spaces
- Follow established sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or resident concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist with linen changes, trash removal, and floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Support a positive resident experience by responding courteously to requests and maintaining professionalism
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure facility cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met
