- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail

- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms daily
- Perform laundry services for residents including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials following safety protocols
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Assist in the preparation of rooms for new admissions or discharge of residents
- Follow established infection control procedures and maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families regarding cleaning needs and schedules
