Job Requirements
- Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Six months prior housekeeping experience is a plus
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Replace out of order vacuum with one in working order
- Repair out of order vacuums with minor problems
- Complete preventive maintenance for Guest Room Attendant and House Person's vacuum cleaners
- Deliver all vacuums with motor or electrical problems to Facilities for repair
- Remove repaired vacuums from Facilities
- Replace energy saving light bulbs on lamps as assigned
- Perform monthly recheck of expiration date on hand fire extinguishers located throughout the hotel
- Handle two-way communication radio and respond to beeper for incoming calls
