Job Duties
- supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities during assigned shift
- inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- assign tasks and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff
- train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and safety protocols
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services
- collaborate with other hotel departments to optimize guest experience
