We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and contribute to the immaculate upkeep and seamless operation of our property. Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in written and verbal form in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to follow company appearance standards and work schedule
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Adherence to safety and sustainability practices
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in written and verbal form in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- Report housekeeping office and PBX team at start of shift
- Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation
- Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash
- Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily
- Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping
- Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
- Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and call them in as complete once delivered
- Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards
- Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area
- Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Other duties as assigned by management
