The Housekeeping Runner role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the property. As a Housekeeping Runner, you will be responsible for fulfilling and delivering guest requests with proper presentation, assisting the housekeeping team by removing trash and soiled linens from guest floors, and ensuring all linen closets and storage areas are kept clean and well-stocked during your shift. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and physical capability to perform duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and moving constantly throughout the resort. The Housekeeping Runner supports both operational efficiency and the delivery of superior hospitality service, working closely with housekeeping and the front office to promptly respond to guest needs and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Report Housekeeping Office and PBX team at start of shift
- Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation
- Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash
- Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily
- Offer assistance to guests when requested or needed
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping
- Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
- Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and call them in as complete once they have been delivered
- Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards
- Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area
- Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Other duties as assigned by management
