The role of Room Attendant is essential to the guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you will be the key to making our hotel rooms feel welcoming and comfortable. This position is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness and order. Your daily tasks will include cleaning, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, restocking guest supplies, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless. Beyond the practical duties, you will represent the hotel through friendly and courteous interactions with guests, helping to create a positive and inviting atmosphere. The job demands physical stamina, as you will be on your feet most of the time and will occasionally need to carry or lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility with schedules is important, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

  • At least six months of related housekeeping experience
  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Capability to remain calm under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with hotel policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months of related housekeeping experience

Job Duties

  • Clean, dust, polish and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds and leave bathrooms sparkling
  • Restock all guest room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and coffee
  • Organize linen closet and restock cleaning cart in preparation for the next day
  • Greet guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
