The role at Hyatt Place Phoenix involves maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities essential to upholding the hotel’s high standards.   • Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the hotel
  • One year experience in similar role

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest expectations
  • Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with Hyatt Place standards
  • Organized and great attention to detail
