We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This position is integral to preserving the cleanliness and comfort of our guestrooms, adhering strictly to brand specifications and quality standards. The Housekeeper/Room Attendant will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning assigned guestrooms, maintaining inventory accuracy for items placed within the rooms, and communicating room status effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor. The role also requires the reporting of any lost and found items, damages, or unusual circumstances promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. In addition to cleaning duties, the Housekeeper/Room Attendant will be involved in stocking carts, assisting with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens, and adhering to safety protocols when handling cleaning agents and equipment. This position demands strong physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.

Beyond the operational responsibilities, this role requires excellent communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere. Compliance with grooming and dress code standards, punctuality, and participation in hotel emergency procedures are also critical components of the position. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory for dedicated candidates willing to learn and grow within our team.
