This Full-Time role offers individuals a unique and rewarding opportunity to join the Hyatt Place Phoenix team as a Housekeeper. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and order throughout the guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that the hotel’s aesthetic and comfort levels are consistently achieved. This position demands attention to detail, commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates in this role should be capable of performing physical tasks which include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ability to anticipate the needs of guests and respond promptly and courteously to special requests is essential. Housekeepers at Hyatt Place Phoenix contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, enabling guests to enjoy their stay fully. Job Duties
- Anticipate guest expectations
- clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with Hyatt Place standards
- maintain organized work and great attention to detail
