Job Requirements

  • Availability to work day and evening shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to respond promptly to guest requests
  • ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds alone and more with assistance
  • ability to push and pull heavy carts over uneven surfaces
  • ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and perform fine motor tasks throughout a full shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments
  • fill and transport supply carts to assigned areas
  • enter guest rooms following protocols to ensure vacancy and safety
  • replace guest amenities, supplies, linens, and terry with clean items
  • make beds and fold terry
  • clean bathrooms thoroughly
  • remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
  • check that all appliances are present and functioning
  • straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
  • dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • follow all company safety and security policies and report any issues
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate professionally with guests and team members
  • support team goals and maintain quality standards
  • perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods
  • perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
