Job Requirements
- Availability to work day and evening shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds alone and more with assistance
- ability to push and pull heavy carts over uneven surfaces
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and perform fine motor tasks throughout a full shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments
- fill and transport supply carts to assigned areas
- enter guest rooms following protocols to ensure vacancy and safety
- replace guest amenities, supplies, linens, and terry with clean items
- make beds and fold terry
- clean bathrooms thoroughly
- remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- check that all appliances are present and functioning
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow all company safety and security policies and report any issues
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate professionally with guests and team members
- support team goals and maintain quality standards
- perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods
- perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
