About the Public Areas Attendant Role: The Public Areas Attendant at Hyatt plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel’s public spaces, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for all guests and visitors. This fast-paced role demands excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members, as well as physical stamina to manage duties that require lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving moderate lifting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
