previous janitorial experience preferred
knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties
must be motivated and efficient
ability to follow instructions
ability to read and understand written instructions and labels
awareness of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
current valid driver's license
clean driving record
proof of auto insurance
