Job Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment
- Must have a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check if driving is required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment
- Ability to safely operate hard floor care equipment
- Ability to safely operate trash removal equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Basic physical ability to perform cleaning and moving tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste
- Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups
- Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages
- Remove trash including refuse and recycling
- Maintain hard floor surfaces including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing
- Maintain carpeted surfaces including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming
