Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to work outdoors
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests
  • Willingness to follow all operational policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred
  • At least one year of housekeeping or hospitality custodial experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, leaf blowers, mops, and floor scrubbers
  • Ability to work independently with normal supervision
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend instructions in English
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas using prescribed chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Remove trash to debris compactor or recycling area
  • Monitor public spaces before, during, and after events to ensure cleanliness
  • Restock paper and soap supplies
  • Report items in disrepair or safety hazards to supervisor
  • Follow all infection control practices and safety procedures
  • Interact professionally and provide directions and assistance to guests
