Job Requirements
- Ability to work a shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests
- Willingness to follow all operational policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred
- At least one year of housekeeping or hospitality custodial experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, leaf blowers, mops, and floor scrubbers
- Ability to work independently with normal supervision
- Ability to communicate and comprehend instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas using prescribed chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Remove trash to debris compactor or recycling area
- Monitor public spaces before, during, and after events to ensure cleanliness
- Restock paper and soap supplies
- Report items in disrepair or safety hazards to supervisor
- Follow all infection control practices and safety procedures
- Interact professionally and provide directions and assistance to guests
