Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
  • attention to detail and thoroughness
  • good communication skills
  • ability to handle guest interactions professionally
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow company cleaning standards
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • cleans assigned rooms and suites daily according to company standards including vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors
  • dusting brushing polishing and vacuuming furniture
  • dusting and cleaning room decorations appliances and structural surfaces
  • cleaning showers tubs sinks and bathroom items
  • making beds removes used and replaces guest room amenities as necessary
  • provides information to guests about hotel services facilities and other available amenities in a courteous accurate manner
  • reports all room maintenance items to supervisor
