Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts
- Reliable work attendance
- Willingness to wear a uniform
- Commitment to Hyatt’s values and guest service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to lift, pull, and push moderate weights

Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly according to Hyatt standards
- Communicate politely and effectively with guests
- Ensure all room amenities are replenished and in place
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with housekeeping team members to maintain overall cleanliness
