Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts
  • Reliable work attendance
  • Willingness to wear a uniform

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly according to Hyatt standards
  • Communicate politely and effectively with guests
  • Ensure all room amenities are replenished and in place
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to maintain overall cleanliness
