At Heritage Senior Living, the philosophy revolves around supporting each individual in becoming the best version of themselves, nurturing their potential in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. As a leader in senior living care, Heritage creates a vibrant community that values respect, dignity, and compassion for residents and staff alike.

This part-time Housekeeping / Environmental Services Staff role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an organization that prioritizes employee well-being and development. The position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our senior residents while delivering exceptional customer service. Employees benefit from flexible scheduling with shifts that end by 7 P.M., allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the company provides immediate pay access as employees work, ensuring timely financial support. Competitive wages include Sunday shift differentials on weekdays plus an additional dollar per hour.

This position demands individuals who are caring, compassionate, and possess a strong customer service orientation. Successful candidates have the ability to work discreetly in residents’ and guests’ areas, collaborate effectively within a team, and manage tasks independently with minimum supervision. Experience in cleaning, laundry services, or hospitality can be advantageous but is not mandatory. The role is critical in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the entire facility, including resident equipment, while adhering to strict safety and infection control protocols.

Team members are entrusted with duties such as providing courteous service to residents, visitors, and staff, monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and promptly notifying supervisors when supplies are low. Maintaining the privacy, comfort, and dignity of residents is paramount, highlighting the vital human aspect of the role beyond routine cleaning duties. Heritage Senior Living also offers exceptional company benefits, including a 401k plan with company matching, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance coverage, as well as an employee discount program, reinforcing their commitment to employee satisfaction and welfare.

Overall, this role is ideal for individuals motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of senior residents while enjoying the support and benefits of a reputable, forward-thinking senior living organization.
