As a hospitality destination, Bernardus Lodge & Spa prides itself on combining rustic charm with modern convenience, offering guests a unique experience that harmonizes nature, wellness, and fine living. The lodge features a range of sophisticated accommodations, an exquisite spa, exceptional dining options, and personalized services to ensure every guest's stay is memorable.\n\nThe role of a Mini Bar Attendant at Bernardus Lodge & Spa is vital in maintaining the impeccable standards and quality of guest experiences. This position is responsible for ensuring that all in-room mini bar areas are clean, fully stocked, and organized to meet both the lodge's property standards and guest satisfaction goals. The Mini Bar Attendant plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations related to guest room preparation, focusing particularly on the mini bars and associated amenities. This involves cleaning and maintaining the mini refrigerators in each assigned room, restocking snacks, refrigerated items, and bar-top products, as well as managing guest room glassware with care to uphold hygiene and presentation standards. The attendant also collects used dishes and glass bottles, assists the housekeeping department with front office guest requests when necessary, and adheres strictly to all safety protocols and work habits to foster a safe and efficient working environment.\n\nThis position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. It also involves physical stamina, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and the capability to stand and walk for extended periods. The job is performed in varying weather conditions, which may include temperatures ranging from winter lows of about 20 degrees Fahrenheit to summer highs exceeding 100 degrees, reflecting the outdoor environment of Bernardus Lodge's location. The role demands a responsible and diligent team member capable of upholding the company's high standards of service while operating in a dynamic and potentially fluctuating environment. IRL protection and compliance with legal work regulations, such as valid documentation for employment and legal age for handling alcoholic beverages, are mandatory.\n\nEmployment at Bernardus Lodge & Spa guarantees inclusion in an Equal Opportunity environment with no discrimination based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
