The Mini Bar Attendant plays a crucial role within this esteemed property by upholding the standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality in the guest room mini bar areas. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining guest satisfaction through meticulous care of the mini bars. The attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining mini refrigerators, replenishing snacks, beverages, and bar-top items, and ensuring that glassware is sanitized and presented appropriately. In addition to direct duties related to the mini bar, the attendant assists housekeeping and the front office with guest requests, contributing to a seamless and positive guest experience.

This full-time position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict safety and operational guidelines. The Mini Bar Attendant must demonstrate a proactive approach to work, maintaining safe workplace habits and contributing positively to the hotel’s team environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent to a GED
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must provide valid documentation to work in the United States
  • Must meet legal age requirements for handling and stocking alcoholic beverages if applicable
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain the mini refrigerator in each assigned guest room
  • Replace all guest room glassware ensuring proper washing, sanitizing, and buffing before placement
  • Restock snacks in guest rooms as needed
  • Restock refrigerated items as needed
  • Restock bar-top items as needed
  • Collect used dishes and glass water bottles from guest rooms
  • Assist the Housekeeping Department with Front Office guest requests as needed
  • Maintain safe work habits and always follow all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
