Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior supervisory experience or relevant custodial work experience preferred
- ability to work respectfully with faculty, staff, students, and guests
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
- strong organizational skills
- basic secretarial abilities such as filing and ordering supplies
- agreement with FBBC&TS foundational documents
- must be Baptist in beliefs and practice
- adherence to Biblical standards of morality
- applicant and/or spouse must not be or have been divorced
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- prior supervisory experience or work with student teams preferred
- demonstrated ability to train and lead staff
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic administrative skills related to inventory and scheduling
- experience in custodial or cleaning services is preferred
- alignment with Baptist beliefs and lifestyle
Job Duties
- Organize and supervise the cleaning of all campus buildings, including guest housing
- train and lead cleaning staff in proper procedures and use of cleaning equipment
- manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- coordinate housekeeping schedules in conjunction with campus events and guest housing needs
- assist the Facility Director with clerical duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and scheduling
