Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, floor care routines, and maintenance procedures for various surfaces and areas
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Train team members on janitorial techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities during peak times or special events
