The hotel is currently seeking a strong leader to join their team as a Housekeeping Manager. This full-time position is critical to maintaining the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Manager will lead the entire housekeeping department, ensuring guests experience nothing less than exceptional service and impeccably maintained spaces. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, with at least three years of housekeeping management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and inventory management tools. Flexibility in scheduling and the physical stamina to frequently stand, walk, and perform light lifting are also required. A professional demeanor and adherence to the hotel’s appearance standards are expected at all times.
