  • Minimum one year hotel experience with housekeeping supervisory duties
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service

Job Duties

  • Inspecting guest rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues
  • supervising and scheduling housekeeping staff
  • counseling and interviewing employees
  • resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • performing general office duties related to housekeeping management
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
