Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-year experience in hotel housekeeping or related area preferred
  • previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • ability to use MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • familiarity with OnQ PMS system
  • knowledge of OSHA regulations or certification
  • physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • capability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience in hotel housekeeping or related professional area preferred
  • previous management experience preferred
  • proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • experience with OnQ PMS system
  • OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver best-in-class service to guests and team members with engagement and thoughtfulness
  • promptly address guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction
  • conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms and public areas to surpass cleanliness expectations
  • support the training of new team members
  • foster strong, collaborative relationships within the housekeeping department
  • oversee inventories of amenities, chemicals, and supplies and ensure timely reordering
  • maintain compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
